2. Definitions
1. Cooling-off period: The period during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.
2. Consumer: The natural person who purchases a product for non-commercial purposes.
3. Day: Calendar day.
4. Right of withdrawal: The option for the consumer to dissolve the agreement within the cooling-off period.

3. Applicability
1. These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Faebles and to every agreement concluded between Faebles and the consumer.
2. By placing an order, the consumer acknowledges having read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
3. Deviations from these terms are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing with Faebles.

4. The Offer
1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.
2. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Faebles.
3. All images, specifications, and information in the offer are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation or termination of the agreement.
4. If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be clearly stated.

5. The Agreement
1. The agreement is established when the consumer places an order via the Faebles webshop and receives confirmation.
 2. Faebles reserves the right to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to its execution.

6. Prices and Payment
1. All prices are listed in euros and include VAT.
2. Prices remain unchanged during the validity of the offer, except in the case of VAT adjustments.
3. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly shown before checkout is completed.
4. Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.
5. In the event of incorrect pricing on the website, Faebles reserves the right to cancel or correct the order.
6. If an order is paid with a gift card or store credit, refunds will be issued as store credit. Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or gift cards unless stated otherwise.
 8. If free shipping is offered above a certain order amount (e.g., €80), this is calculated based on the total amount after discounts. If products are returned and the order value falls below this threshold, free shipping no longer applies. Standard shipping costs will then be deducted from the refund.

7. Promotions and Discounts
1. For promotions where a free or discounted product is offered when purchasing multiple items (such as a 3+1 promotion), the discount always applies to the lowest-priced product.
2. If one or more products are returned and the order no longer meets the promotion conditions, the applied discount expires.
3. In such cases, the original price of the free or discounted product will be deducted from the refund amount.
 4. If the order still meets the promotion conditions after returns, the discount remains valid.

8. Delivery and Execution
1. Faebles will exercise the utmost care in receiving and processing orders.
2. The stated delivery time is indicative. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be notified as soon as possible.
3. The consumer is responsible for providing correct address details.
 4. If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, Faebles will inform the consumer as soon as possible and refund the amount paid within 14 days.

9. Right of Withdrawal
1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving any reason.
2. During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify Faebles via email within the cooling-off period.
4. The product must be returned within 14 days after withdrawal, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories, and according to the provided return instructions.
5. The consumer bears the risk of the return shipment and must be able to prove that the package has been sent.
6. Return costs are borne by the consumer unless stated otherwise.
7. After withdrawal, Faebles will refund the purchase amount (excluding initial shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days after receiving the return.
 8. Refunds will be made through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings), where the seal has been broken after delivery;
• Personalized or custom-made items;
• Items purchased in the sale;
• Gift cards.

11. Warranty and Conformity
1. Faebles guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, the specifications listed in the offer, and reasonable expectations of quality.
2. If a product proves defective, the consumer must report this within a reasonable period after discovery.
3. Legal warranty applies: a product must function as reasonably expected by the consumer.
 4. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper use, negligence, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow instructions.

12. Complaints Procedure
1. Complaints regarding the execution of the agreement must be submitted promptly, clearly, and fully described after the consumer discovers the issue.
2. The consumer will receive a substantive response within 14 days or an indication of the necessary processing time.
 3. If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer may submit the dispute to an independent dispute committee or the competent court.

13. Liability
1. Faebles is not liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use of the products.
 2. Any liability of Faebles is always limited to the purchase price of the product concerned.

14. Force Majeure
Faebles is not obliged to fulfill any obligation if prevented by circumstances beyond its control, such as strikes, disruptions, natural disasters, delays at carriers, or other forms of force majeure.

15. Data Protection
1. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
 2. Data is only used for the execution of the agreement or when legally required.

16. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, texts, and product photos, remains the property of Faebles and may not be copied or used without permission.

17. Applicable Law
All agreements to which these terms apply are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Faebles is located.
