Promotion terms and Conditions – Faebles

These terms and conditions apply to all promotions, discounts, bundle deals, limited-time offers, and discount codes offered by Faebles, unless otherwise stated in writing. By participating in a promotion, the consumer declares that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

These promotion terms and conditions supplement the Faebles General Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy. In the event of any conflict, these promotion terms and conditions will prevail solely for the specific promotion.

1. General provisions

1. Promotions are only valid during the specified promotion period and while stocks last.
2. Discount codes, promotions and gift vouchers cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
3. Faebles reserves the right to change or terminate a promotion at any time if circumstances make this necessary.
4. Obvious errors or mistakes in promotions or offers do not bind Faebles.

2. Application of discount for bundle promotions (such as 3+1)

1. For promotions where one product is offered for free or at a discount when purchasing multiple products (such as the 3+1 promotion), the discount is always applied to the cheapest product.
2. If one or more products are returned and the order no longer meets the conditions of the promotion, the applied discount will expire.
3. In this case, the original sales price of the free or discounted product will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. If the order still meets the promotion conditions after returning, the discount promotion remains fully in effect.

3. Shipping costs and returns in combination with promotions

1. When free shipping is offered above a certain order amount (for example, free shipping above €80), this is based on the total amount after deduction of any promotions or discounts.
2. If a consumer returns one or more products, causing the original purchase price to fall below the €80 threshold after return, the right to free shipping expires.
3. In that case, the standard shipping costs will still be charged and deducted from the amount to be refunded.
4. Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are always borne by the consumer and are non-refundable.

4. Returning items that are part of a promotion

1. Returns are only possible according to the instructions in the Faebles Returns Policy.
2. If an item from a promotion is returned, the value of the item will be determined based on the terms of the promotion and the resulting discount structure.
3. When returning a complete promotional bundle package (e.g. all 4 products from a 3+1 promotion), the full purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping costs if applicable.
4. In case of partial returns of a promotional order, the return amount will always be calculated based on the actual value of the products after correction of the promotional conditions.

5. Exclusions

The following items and situations are not eligible for promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Products that are already on sale;
• Personalized or custom-made products;
• Gift cards or store credit.
  
  

6. Abuse and fraud

Faebles reserves the right to cancel an order or declare a promotion invalid in the event of suspected abuse, fraud, improper use, or violation of these terms and conditions.
2. In such cases, Faebles may exclude the consumer from future promotions.

7. Other provisions

1. All promotions are governed by Dutch law, in accordance with Article 17 of the General Terms and Conditions.
2. Any disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district where Faebles is established.
