Shipping Information
We do our best to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed on a business day before 15:00 are shipped the same day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Time Within the Netherlands
The delivery time within the Netherlands is usually 1 business day after the order has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and—if applicable—a track & trace code.
Carrier Responsibility
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, they are responsible for safe and timely delivery. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically displayed during checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping, will also be clearly indicated.
International Shipping
For shipments outside the Netherlands, delivery times will be longer. These vary per country. During checkout, the available shipping methods and associated costs will be shown.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your address details during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrectly entered address information.
