Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days after receiving your product to submit a return request.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how and where to drop off your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Products sealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings) when the seal has been broken after delivery;
• Personalized or custom-made items;
• Items purchased on sale;
• Gift cards.

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item? The fastest method is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Legal Cooling-Off Period (EU)
For orders within the European Union, a legal 14-day cooling-off period applies. During this time, you may cancel or return your order without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with all tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within ten working days via your original payment method.
Please note: If returning items causes your original order to fall below the free-shipping threshold (e.g., €80), the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund after 15 working days, please contact us at klantenservice@faebles.nl.
For promotions such as “3+1 free,” the discount always applies to the lowest-priced item. If part of the order is returned and the remaining products no longer meet the promotion’s conditions, the value of the free or discounted item will be deducted from the refund amount.
